My experience during the AE Senior Thesis not only helped me grow as a student and engineer, but introduced me to the continuous learning and communication of design that I will encounter throughout my career as well. This project opened my eyes to the true meaning behind time and stress management and how to learn from my mistakes. I learned to document my work thoroughly, organize my thoughts in a comprehensive way for myself and others, and to have fun with what I was doing. The stress and the struggles came and went, and I ultimately found this experience to be beneficial and rewarding as a student, designer, engineer, and young woman about to enter the real world.
